Orlando was ready to talk shop
Pantheon brought service pros together in Orlando from October 5 to 7, and the energy was exactly what we hoped for. The Shipshape team spent those three days at the table with operators who wanted to see how the platform actually works. Alex ran the demos live on a laptop, side by side with the people who would use it. Conversations ran long, and the same questions kept coming up in the best possible way.
A quick tour of the Shipshape platform

Operators saw the whole platform in one sitting. The Pro dashboard gives a team one view of every home it serves, with home health and alerts in one place, so nothing slips between visits. The Home Health Assessment runs right in the browser, so a technician can capture a home's equipment and condition during a normal visit. The Home Health Report is what that assessment produces for the homeowner, with color-coded findings and prioritized next steps. Seeing the three together made the whole loop clear, from the first question on site to the homeowner's next step.
Why operators leaned in
Two things came up again and again. The first was how simple the assessment is to run. The second was the report card itself. Operators could picture right away how it helps a technician sit beside a homeowner and walk through what matters now and what can wait. A routine service visit turns into a real conversation, with no pressure and no surprise quote.
Maintenance programs were the common thread
The conversations kept coming back to maintenance programs. Some operators are building one and saw Shipshape as the piece that makes every visit count. Others already sell a membership or comfort plan and want Shipshape inside it, so every member gets a clear picture of their home.
What we brought home
We met great people through great introductions, and we left Orlando energized and already following up. Pantheon was a good reminder of why we build the way we do. When a platform is simple enough to show live and useful enough that operators want more right away, the idea is landing. A home deserves to be looked after, not just repaired.
